Haste Makes Waste
"Haste makes waste" is an often-quoted proverb. It means that actions or decisions taken in haste and without thinking properly about their consequences may lead a person to an irreparable loss.
Once there lived a greedy man in Village.Fortunately,he had a very strange hen.It daily laid an egg of gold.He took the egg, went to the bazaar and sold it at very high price.Within a few days,he became very rich.He began to dream of becoming a millionaire. The people were greatly impressed by his riches. He was respected everywhere. But,with the passage of time,he became more and more greedy. His greed made him impatient. He did not wait for the eggs to come out one by one.He thought of a plan to become rich at once. One day,he caught the hen and killed her to get all the eggs at once.He opened the stomach of the hen and looked for the eggs.He was much surprised to find no egg in the stomach. Now he realized his folly and repented but he could never get such eggs in future.

The Foolish Stag
It is said that outward appearances are often deceptive. What appears useful and good may prove harmful and useless. Therefore,we should not be misled by the appearance of things and people. That is why it is said"all that glitters is not gold"The following story proves the truth of the this saying :
Once a stag was very thirsty. He went to a nearby stream. The water in the stream was very cold and clear. While drinking water, the stag saw his reflection in the water. He was very happy to see his beautiful antlers and felt very proud of them. When he saw his lean and thin legs,he felt very sorry. He hated his ugly legs.He heaved a sigh and said
"It is unfortunate to have such beautiful antlers with so ungly legs"
He cursed his legs. All of sudden,he heared the hunter's horse and howls of hounds. He saw a pack of hounds coming toward him.The stag was filled with fear.He wanted to save his life at every cost.He ran very fast to the forest to save his life. His thin and ugly legs were of great help to him. They carried him far away from the hounds
He reached in the dense part of the forest. There were thick bushes growing there.unfortunately, his beautiful antlers were caught up in a long bush.He tried his best to get free but could not.Meanwhile the hounds reached there. His beautiful antlers of which he was so proud brought about his death. The hounds fell upon and tore him into pieces
